Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln Gets a Teaser Trailer and Poster

Steven Spielberg

Attach the name Steven Spielberg on any movie and all worthy movie-goers who are in need of real art will definitely storm the theaters on its release. Who would ever forget the masterpieces that he has dished out to all eager fans -- which include but not limited to the Indiana Jones series, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Jurrasic Park, A.I. Artificial Intelligence and, of course, Schindler's List.

He has helmed a lot of award-winning movies, but this great guy's not gonna stop with his craft. His recent masterpiece will focus on another great American guy who happened to be the sixteenth president of the United States of America. This time Spielberg will share to us a an autobiography of Abraham Lincoln, simply titled Lincoln.

Updated: Watch Steven Spielberg's genius in this theatrical trailer of Lincoln:

And to go along with this trailer is the movies' official poster:

Starring Daniel Day-Lewis as Abraham Lincoln, you can defintely see the resemblance of the actor to the real president. But of course the story won't be complete without including the former president's wife, Mary Todd Lincoln, who will be portrayed by actress Sally Field. The story is based on the book Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin and was adapted to screen by Tony Kushner, who also collaborated with Spielberg on Munich.

Don't confuse this movie with the one you might have seen earlier, featuring vampires and an axe-wielding hero. Though they might be based on a similar person, the story might be a little too different. This one is less gore, yet still as fantastical. The movie is to be released on November 16, 2012.

Emma Watson is the Most Dangerous Celebrity Online

Emma Watson

My all-time Harry Potter idol has been named as the most dangerous celebrity search online as of this year. Emma Watson is the most common celebrity bait that cyber criminals are using to lure Internet users.

According to the result of a study held by McAfee, maker of one of the most trusted Anti-virus and online protection software, released last Monday, that the star is on the top of the list as the most dangerous celebrity to search for over the internet. When users try to search information related to the star, they are most likely to download some malicious software, instead, or their personal infomation got stolen.

In fact the study further shows that one in every eight search results for the said actress are malicious sites.
Emma Watson
Associated Press also added that "this is the sixth time the Intel-owned security technology company has conducted the study, which was last year topped by Heidi Klum. Female celebrities are far more likely to be utilized by cyber criminals: late-night host Jimmy Kimmel was the only male in the top 20."

Emma Watson
Jessica Biel, Eva Mendes, Selena Gomez and Halle Berry are also among the most dangerous names to search online. This certainly calls for the users to be careful what they are searching for over the internet. Always remember that all our online activity are always traceable.

Emma Watson
On a further note, this development is maybe due to the heightened search volume for Emma Watson brought about by her involvement in Perks of Being a Wallflower after being cast as Sam and her most enticing butt picture with a nice tramp stamp tattoo as a part of her sexy transformation for The Bling Ring.

Dan Brown's works received their renown when he published his second Langdon thriller, The Da Vinci CodeAngels & Demons is the book that started the ingenuity of his work, although this is his lesser-yet-still-appreciated work. This book tackles not-so-dangerous "waters" compared to that of Da Vinci Code's, so I guess despite its still enjoyable thrill it didn't achieve the level of fame achieved by its sequel, which caused uproars to some sectors.

Here is the synopsis of Angels & Demons from the jacket:

"When world-renowned Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon is summoned to a Swiss research facility to analyze a mysterious symbol -- seared into the chest of a murdered physicist -- he discovers evidence of the unimaginable: the resurgence of an ancient secret brotherhood known as the Illuminati... the most powerful underground organization ever to walk the earth.

The Illuminati has surfaced from the shadows to carry out the final phase of its legendary vendetta against its most hated enemy... the Catholic Church.

Langdon's worst fears are confirmed on the eve of the Vatican's holy conclave, when a messenger of the Illuminati announces he has hidden an unstoppable time bomb at the very heart of Vatican City. With the countdown under way, Langdon jets to Rome to join forces with Vittoria Vetra, a beautiful and mysterious Italian scientist, to assist the Vatican in a desperate bid for survival.

Embarking on a frantic hunt through sealed crypts, dangerous catacombs, deserted cathedrals, and even to the heart of the most secretive vault on earth, Langdon and Vetra follow a 400-year old trail of ancient symbols that snakes across Rome toward the long-forgotten Illuminati lair... a secret location that contains the only hope for Vatican salvation.

An explosive international thriller, ANGELS & DEMONS careens from enlightening epiphanies to dark truths as the battle between science and religion turns to war..."
