Filipinos are known for having great talents. It's no wonder then that our kababayans are able to infiltrate some foreign shows now and then. Who would ever forget Charice, Ariel Pineda, Charlie Green, Kim Holland and a lot more?
Up until now there are still a lot more Filipinos that are rocking the international scene, esp. in United Kingdom. Two talents, a male and a female, are first in our list.
Arisxandra "Xaxa" Libantino in Britain's Got Talent
Arisxandra Libantino was through the first (out of 5) leg of the Semi-Finals. She won based on the judges' split decision against Youth Creation dance troupe. She's now in for the Grand Finals to be held on June 8, 2013 and she will be competing against 9 other talents.
Joseph Apostol in The Voice UK
Joseph Apostol made veteran singer Tom Jones teary eyed when he performed A Song For You and eventually earned Tome Jone's vote. We will see him again during the Live Shows which will start on Friday, June 7, 2013.
These talents simply make me proud to be Filipino. Support them like we used to do with their predecessors and I know that they'll have far to go.
