Our first look on Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen in Mockingjay has finally graced the Internet. Stepping into the challenge of serving as the face of the rebellion, Katniss is tasked to become the Mockingjay, now a banned symbol all over Panem. All of this unfold in the new trailer of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Par 1.
This Lionsgate presentation is directed by Francis Lawrence based on the adaptation screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig. The movie will be roughly based on the first half of the third novel by Suzanne Collins in The Hunger Games series.

Synopsis
The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta and a nation moved by her courage.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Par 1 will soar to theaters on November 21, 2014.
