It's been a while since I posted a music video that struck me to the core. Only one video seems to capture that moment for me and it's Colbie Caillat's video for her song titled Try. The lyrics of the song is so strong on itself, but accompanied by a montage of women baring their self to the world makes the impact ten folds.
In a world which mostly favors the aesthetic side of things, it's sometimes hard to determine which is real or not. Photoshop and other visual manipulating applications have become a hit that I guess the singer has become tired, and crafted a song to send out the message to just be your self, because there is someone that will like you as you are.

Try is the latest single from the singer obtained from her Gypsy Heart (Side A) EP. The single was released last June 9, 2011, which was released virtually at the same time with the extended play. This is the kind of song that made me love her in the first place, and for her to come back on the scene makes it more refreshing and touching.
